We typically arrive at your airport on a Monday and stay until the following Monday. Our aircraft are on static display Tuesday through Thursday. Living History Flights are offered to the public Friday through Sunday with the airplane(s) on static display after the flights.

Hosts are generally affiliated with one or more of the following entities:

  • Airport Management
  • Local Government
  • Fixed Base Operator
  • Aviation Museum

Our hosts provide help in coordination and sponsorship of the following:

  • Hotel Rooms
  • Ground Transportation for our crew
  • Airplane Fuel and Oil
  • Local Media and Veteran Contacts
  • In-kind Donations

Through our ground tours and Living History flights, we honor those brave World War II crews that flew these airplanes and educate generations about the sacrifice made by those who fought for our freedom. And there is nothing like the sight and sound of a vintage warbird as it flies over your community!

We have had many host-driven special events related to our tour stops including:

  • Day of Arrival Ceremonies with Media and Veterans
  • Buy a Veteran a Seat Promotion through Local Businesses
  • Educational Tours with Local Schools and Youth Groups
  • Airport Open House events with local food vendors and entertainment

We are happy to work with you to help with any of the above type of events during the tour stop.

By filling out the application below, you can help us best decide the location for our tour stops this upcoming season. All applicants will receive an email response once the tour schedule is firm.

Please bear in mind that, as much as we would like to honor all requests, it is not possible to do so considering the logistics of putting together a tour season. We must consider dates, locations, travel, demographics and sponsorship opportunities when selecting tour stop locations.
