The Arizona Wing of the Commemorative Air Force, offers you a 30,000 square foot meeting and event facility for all of your event needs in one of the most unique settings that you can imagine. Whether it's a "Black Tie," a casual B-B-Q or a trade show, the Arizona Wing's Meeting Facility is the perfect setting.
The ambiance at our meeting and event facility is more than special; it's a setting that no time-machine can provide. When your guests arrive for the event, they enter the Museum and are taken back to another era when they first see the silvery silhouette of Sentimental Journey–the most accurately restored B-17G Flying Fortress flying today. The setting can be provided with a host of other WW II, Korea and Vietnam aircraft, memorabilia and artifacts–truly a Sentimental Journey.

The Surroundings are incredible
The Arizona Wing is “A Flying Museum.” Aviation from a bygone era is brought to life before your eyes. The collection of World War II, Korea and Vietnam aircraft friend, and foe alike ranges- from the early trainer, to fast medium bombers to heavy bombers.
In the evening, lighting the collection is spectacular and unforgettable!
Dinner parties can range from black tie events to relatively simple table and chair arrangements with guests dressed in the attire of the 40s to very sophisticated, theatrical shows with elaborate spotlighting of the aircraft. While a theme is not necessary when hosting a party at the Museum, clients enjoy using a central theme when planning an event. The only real limit to themes is your imagination.
Trade shows or large floor plans are perfect for our facility. Our 30,000 square foot facility offers room for all your booths and tables. Planes can easily be moved
ed inside to create a more intimate setting.
The facility can accommodate up to 2,000 guests for parties and dinners. Large hangar doors provide convenient access for caterers, theatrical/musical entertainment. A catering prep room is available for caterers.
The reception area is commonly used for bars, guest registration reception (if needed) and the serving of hors d’oeuvres. Ample restrooms are located on the east side of the Museum. The Museum is accessible to wheelchairs and to the handicapped.

During your event you will have exclusive use of the entire Museum. Mixing and matching areas within the Museum for your reception, cocktail hour, dinner and after-dinner presentation plans is something we can help you devise if you wish. The outside ramp area among our aircraft is especially suited for a cocktail hour and lets your guests enjoy our fine Arizona climate and beautiful East Valley mountain scenery.

Convenient East Valley Location
The Arizona Wing of the Commemorative Air Force is located at Falcon Field Airport at the intersection of Greenfield and Mckellips Road in Mesa, Arizona. Mesa is Arizona’s third largest city. The Arizona Wing’s facility is located 18 miles east of downtown Phoenix. The Arizona Wing is easily accessible from the 202 loop and US 60 highways, both of these highways can be accessed from all areas of the Valley.
The Superstition Mountains, Usery Mountain and Red Mountain can be viewed from the Wing’s facility. This picturesque landscape will be a favorite at an Arizona sunset when these mountains highlight the setting sun.

• Take the AZ-202-LOOP East ramp toward TEMPE
• Merge onto AZ-202 LOOP East
• Take the GREENFIELD RD exit
